Terms and Conditions
1. Student registered for a full course must attend all classroom sessions (20 hours classroom), 10 hours of homelinks, and 10 hours of in-vehicle training
2. Student must complete the full course within 12 months from starting the course. (both in-class and in-vehicle training)
3. Individual lesson (private lesson) must be paid in full by cash.
4. Administration fee ($75.00 plus tax) will apply if student does not want to continue course after 10 days of registration or name have been sent to MTO.
5. Driving school has authority to release all information to MTO, Insurance Bureau of Canada and audit or appointed by ministry of transportation.
6. Students must read all terms and conditions before signing (Required by MTO)
7. All students must pay $30.00 (Certification + workbook fee) before the completion of this course in order to be certified by the driving school
8. Students are required to give 24 hours notice of road lesson(s) cancellation to avoid additional lesson fee
9. A $25.00 fee will be applied to dishonoured cheque(s)
10. Student are required to bring their own copy of the official Drivers Hand book.

I certify that the statements in this documents are accurate and consent to the release of any information contained herein to the Ministry of Transportation, insurance Bureau of Canada and MTO course Inspector.

Price: $692.69

Please be advised that any scheduled lessons that you choose to cancel within 24 hours will still be subject to charge. In-car lessons will not proceed until this fee is paid. All students are expected and required to wear a mask for the duration of the lesson. 4-J’s driving school reserves the right to refuse to teach a student should they refuse to abide by company policy.
